Accredited CANZ refurbishers

Both donors and recipients of ICT equipment need to be confident their refurbishing partner will be economically viable in the long term. CANZ has granted exclusive ‘franchises’ to two organisations which are able to work under the CANZ banner to obtain donated equipment and supply end-users. Both companies are able to supply South Island needs. In broad terms, Remarkit services schools and community organisations in the South Island and lower North Island, while The Ark services the rest of the country. Remarkit replaced Wellington's  PC Recycling Channel in January 2005.
